Position: Facility Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Management of the gallery's facility operations, including maintenance of gallery space, exhibition areas, and offices.
  • Coordination of events and exhibitions in collaboration with the events team.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Management of vendor relationships and procurement activities.
  • Optimization of gallery space for maximum efficiency and aesthetics.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in facility management or a related field is required.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of art or experience in the art sector is a plus but not required.

Training and Development:

  • On-the-job training and guidance will be provided to become familiar with the specific needs of the gallery.
